We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora Dress. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange; but please keep in mind...
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days. 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. 
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging. 
  • Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee. 
  • Final sale items may not be returned. 
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks. 

Gowns will arrive with a UPS pre-paid Ground label in your shipment.
Affix the UPS label to your package, and remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required; there is no charge for using the label.

Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. Aurora Dress is not responsible for lost or stolen items. UPS returns are only available within the U.S. Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.

Add your reason code to the front side of your packaging slip and enclose it with your merchandise. Address the return package to the address below, including your order number:
